The Role

  • Support and collaborate with the Primary Music Faculty Head
  • Teach and inspire students from Kindergarten to Year 6 in Music
  • Lead and conduct string ensembles and the Primary School choir
  • Assist in organising performances, concerts, and school events
  • Contribute to the creative and musical life of the school community


Applicants are required to have:


  • Qualification or strong background in music or music education
  • Experience in ensemble and/or choir direction
  • A passion for teaching and engaging primary-aged students
  • Excellent organisation and teamwork skills
  • Current Working with Children Check and right to work in Australia

Teacher accreditation (NESA) is not required, however school teaching experience is an advantage.
German language skills are a plus but not essential.
