Problem Solving & Engineering (B3)

Years 1 and 2: Young learners in Stage 1 will dive into the world of video creation and audio integration. But that's not all – they'll also tackle exciting engineering challenges, like constructing basic catapults. This hands-on experience will ignite their imaginations, foster problem-solving skills, and unleash their boundless creativity. Years 3 and 4: In this Stage 2 AG, young learners will delve into the art of crafting basic stop motion videos and take their ICT learning to new heights with an introduction to creating podcasts. They'll also embark on an adventure in practical problem-solving, for example, by constructing paper bridges. This hands-on experience will ignite their passion for technology, fuel their creativity, and spark their ingenuity. Years 5, 6, and 7: In this Stage 3 AG, students will immerse themselves in the world of augmented reality by creating videos based on picture books. They will also venture into the realm of podcast creation and take on exhilarating engineering challenges such as constructing and racing balloon powered cars.
