Kinderyoga*

Yoga is an ancient science that helps create health and well-being by building self-awareness, strength, and flexibility for the mind and body. Yoga is a fun way for children to develop a variety of important skills in a nurturing, non-competitive and fun environment. In our Yoga classes we examine different topics every time and illuminate them holistically. How does it look like? On the topic of Africa, for example, the children get to know facts about the country to begin with, dance and drum to African music and move in African animal poses. At the end of the class, they hear a meditative story to conclude the lesson. At the same time, they learn and consolidate new vocabularies around the topic. After a busy school day yoga is the perfect thing.
